Our Junior programme teaches Martial Arts for kids aged 7-12years, in a way that will quickly get the very best from your child.
We help them Develop a strong foundation in essential character building qualities such as respect, courtesy and self-discipline whilst improving confidence, increasing motor skills, learn to pay attention and follow directions.
Our Children Martial Arts Programme teaches children fun and exciting martial arts skills along with effective age appropriate self-defence. Your child will learn about mutual respect, how to use words rather than fists, self-discipline, good manners, and self-control.
Children in Slough love our Programme because they are learning whilst having fun, but what they really gain is the confidence to protect themselves and the physical fitness for an improved lifestyle

Absolutely!
Safety is our priority – even prior to Covid19.
We have extra precautions in place to ensure students safety, including, but not limited to:
- Each student having their own training area
- No equipment is currently used
- Students require to santize hands before AND after class.
- No spectators (except under 5yrs & those on their first class)
At present we are not running Free taster sessions;
We can only accept a certain amount of students & new students per classes – recently we have found a lot of people are booking sessions and not turning up.
We ask that people are paying for their trials so that we get as much commitment from them as they get from us.
There’s two options your trial
- Single Lesson
- A whole month (+ You get a free uniform worth £40)
There is no obligation to continue after either trial – We hope its not the case but if its not for you, just let us know.
For their very first class we ask students wear light sports clothing, such as tracksuit bottoms & a t-shirt is absolutely fine.
If you join our 4 week trial we will give your son/daughter a Free uniform to train in, so they feel more comfortable and part of the Team
Yes – We run classes for 2years through to adults.
